Alright Guys:
For those of you who check this, here are a few details about the party.
Dress code for guys: no flip flops, shorts, or t shirts.
Dress code for girls: the less clothing, the better.
There will be a list at the door. So don't wait in the line out front if there is one. Go up and tell them who you are and they'll let you through. There will be no cover for our group. Currently, we have the basement reserved, I'm working on getting this changed to the upstairs instead. We'll see.
In addition, the club has said it's ok if we bring a shot block in, so we're hoping to do that.
We currently have 80 rsvp'd on the evite and probably another 15-20 who have verbally committed but didn't receive the evite because I didn't have their email address. If you get this and want to come, shoot me an email to cbrad345@hotmail.com or call me and let me know to put you on the list. We've got people coming in from as far away as Los Angeles, so don't use "oh I cant come up from San Antonio" as an excuse RYAN!!! I am going to harass the shit out of you about this at the lake this weekend.

My First Time
Alright Guys:
Those of you who know me know that I don't really bitch about much and I usually go with the flow. But I am mounting my soapbox as I am typing this. Here we go. I am breaking the blog bitching virginity.
PEOPLE!!!! Stop misrepresenting yourself and what you have or are going to do. I know so many people who say "Im going to do this or I'm getting this" when what they really mean is "I want to do this" or "I want this". People use "I want" and "I am" almost interchangeably these days. Dont overinflate everything people. If you're going to do something, tell people you are going to do it. But once you put it out there, make damn sure you do it. If you're not sure you're going to do or get something, say I'm working on doing or getting this and wouldn't it be cool if I did. You'll get the same reaction and will not run the risk of looking like a windbag. Excepting when I've been drinking, If I say something, you can take it to the bank. So because I think this way, I guess I naturally assume that if someone says something they actually mean it and it's not just blowing wind. BE REAL Ladies and Gentleman.
For those of you wondering why I am venting about this. It's because people doing this over and over have duped a trusting Chris so many times. Therefore, I have grown to question everything anyone says. To the point that whenever someone tells me they are going to do something, my response is "seeing is believing". It's a shame I have reached this point, and I cant stand those individuals who have driven me to it.

Feeling Like A Frat Boy Again
I was taken back to my Sigma Chi days on Tuesday night as Chrisitan, Katherine, Angela, and I went to check out Pat Green. Pat puts on a helluva show and for anyone who has the chance to go see him, dont pass it up. The four of us had a blast starting with dinner at The Roaring Fork followed by the rodeo and Mr. Green. Here's a few pictures.

Into the Sunset...er...Sunrise I Mean
Well, Sunday morning 7 AM came bright and early (see the post below for why it seemed even earlier than it actually was). I met up with my dad at my folk's house and we headed out to meet up with the rest of our group for breakfast in Blanco. Along the way, my primary decided to make my pant leg look like it had lost a fight with a pit bull. I guess there is a price to having the cool looking exposed primary on your chopper, and that price is what a new pair of pants cost.
We ran into Gary in Dripping Springs and the three of us headed onto Blanco to meet the rest of our group. We all had breakfast at Sunset on the square in Blanco (get the pancackes). After breakfast, we made our way through the hill country to Luckenbach, Fredericksburg, Johnson City, and eventually back to Austin. We logged about two hundred miles and shook all the cobwebs out of the motorcycles.

My Trusty Steed Awaits the Journey
A Smorgasbord of Action
The past several days have been a varied bunch of parties, going out, and events. I'll give you all a brief synopsis of each.
Wednesday, Ang and I went out with Cody, Amber, Kat, & Allison. All of us went to eat at Huts and then headed over to Cedar Street Courtyard to hear the 80's coverband Spazmatics. Turned in relatively early due to a 7 AM meeting Thursday morning.
Thursday night, Ang and I met up with Samantha and Amir at Kyoto for Sushi. We were joined briefly here by Chris and Ashley, them being not thirty minutes off of Chris proposing to Ashley. Ashley was a little delayed because she was dragging around a big rock on her hand. Congratulations you guys. Next we headed over to 219 West for a couple of drinks and Amir and Samantha's first experience with a fried Twinkie. Elliot met up with us over there and we all met up with Amber, Kat, & Allison at Vicci.
Friday night, I had a basketball game to participate in, so Ang and I took it easy and made it a movie night.
Saturday morning started early with another basketball game. We went to the Rodeo with a bunch of people Saturday night. Chase, Dara, Kimberi, Ashley, and Chris all met up with us at the fair and we drank some beer and watched Cross Canadian Ragweed tear it up. At the conclusion of the show, Ang and I headed downtown with Ashley and Chris. We met up with about ten more people at Vicci and shut the place down. The night quickly digressed to Chris and I eating frito pie at two in the morning and throwing stuff off of my balcony at the people standing outside Foundation. Ahhh good times.

If It Ain't Broke...Break It
Every so often, as a man, it becomes necessary to break something just to laugh about it with friends later. This oppurtunity presented itself today as I was driving to get new tires put on my Viper. The idea hit me, lets tear up the old tires since Im about to throw them away anyway. So I made a phone call and got it set up. Check it out.

Sin City
The commercial is: What Happens In Vegas, Stays In Vegas. So that's all I can tell you about this weekend's more risque events. However, I'll tell the mundane events. Angela made a little money out there, I made a little more. So we saved a little and hit up all the designers in Caesars, Bellagio, and The Fashion Show Mall. Came back with lots of new wardrobe items, and cash to boot. Good trip, I've got plans to put a young persons party trip to Vegas together with less of an emphasis on sightseeing and gambling and more of an emphasis on the clubs. I think six to eight people would be ideal. Probably do it around July or August. Let me know if you're interested in this.

By Special Request
I have been requested to post some pictures of Fat Tuesday downtown. Keep in mind I was feeling bad and therefore did not quite have the energy to get too excited. Ryan, I got your email and I'll try to accomodate your request.

Not So Phat Tuesday
This is going to be short and sweet. Went out for Fat Tuesday last night. I wasnt feeling well beforehand, but who am I to tell Robert and everyone that Im not going out for Mardi Gras. Met up with some of the boys and had a good time at Iron Cactus and Vicci. Today...wishing I wouldve stayed home and slept. Sick as hell. Gotta get better for Vegas this weekend. Later
