Ever Have This Happen To You????

Ever get so worked up and fired up about something only to have it fall on its face and u just want to bang your head against the wall? Happened to me today. We bid the biggest job ever about an hour ago. We had gotten some information before they actually opened the bids about what other peoples numbers were. We had everyone beat we thought. So we are fired up, everyone in the office thinks we have just picked up a 25 million dollar job. Come to find out, we had gotten some bad information and we were in fact second by .36%. Man, thatll ruin ur afternoon. The veterans in the office were telling all the young guys "yall dont get so excited in case something goes wrong". I guess im all about the peaks and valleys. I keep pressing the gas pedal and going faster and faster and faster until I crash. Thats one of my resolutions for 07, its ok to live fast, but dont keep living faster and faster until you crash and burn. Im going to try to stay slightly above the speed limit of life in 07.
