Sorry I have been delayed in posting. All the ice last week kept me off the computer and then I have been out of town the last couple of days (more on this later). I've attached one of the pictures of my new boat, I will post some more of both of the new ones here in a few days as I think we pick them up this week depending on the weather.
I have spent the last few days on the King Ranch quail hunting. Several of us from the company went down to Peter Holt's La Oruga Ranch. I've been to some nice ranches over the years, but I have never seen a more impressive ranch than this. Not necessarily because of the facilities (although they were amazing), but because of the level of service. We took nine hunters down there and had a staff of eight waiting on us. I mean full time gourmet chefs, servers, maids, and guides, it was amazing. I have never seen a ranch where your bed is turned down and chocolates placed on your pillow before bed. I guess this is what you should expect from a man wealthy enough to own the San Antonio Spurs and who loves to hunt. Ill post some pictures of the ranch in a few days. Overall a very pleasant getaway and some of the best quail hunting I have ever seen.
