Movin On Up

Alright guys, I found my next habitat. My buddy Kyle called me yesterday and informed of some little place thats going in at 2nd and Congress. Little as in 55 floors and the tallest building in Austin by about 10 stories. the penthouses in this place are literally an entire floor. This amounts to about 9000 sf and 360 degree views. They come unfinished so you can do the entire layout yourself. I think that would be pretty sweet and with 9000 sf at your disposal, you could build a pretty sweet pad that I think would provide all the basic necessities.
