Drama at The Plaza

I went and looked at the potential new habitat this morning. Unit 1002 in my current building. Very nice unit with a great view. Talking with Kumara about the unit and we begin discussing the previous tenant and who has been living there. Come to find out, Ryan Phillipe has been living in the unit for the past six months. I further found out that Reece Witherspoon has been there several times to stay. Thought that was funny. Anyway, its a great place and I am going to see what I can do. Probably not going to happen, but you never know. Also found out that apparently some other tenant is threatening to sue the homeowner's association in the building because she has strange stains on her concrete floors. Who cares lady. Turns out there is like a whole little war going on within the board of directors of The Plaza. Who'da thunk it?

Also found out that the new Austin 360 towers building will be the tallest building in Austin, surpassing the Frost Bank Building.

And on a final note, I am thinking of giving the blog a new look. More of an actual website look where you can click around and encourage a little more interaction with the folks who visit, also posting some additional content. I dont know, Im just thinking of sprucing it up a little. We'll see.
