Something is Rolling Alright

Alright Kids...Story Time.
Sunday night, Rolling Stones concert, pictures are below, wished I could have been there. That's right, I went to the concert, but I didnt hear one damn song. Judging from the pictures, it was an amazing show and the most amazing stage I have ever seen. Well, literally five minutes before Mick and the boys took the stage my phone rings, its my neighbor. I dont answer figuring I will call him back after the show. Immediately after, my phone rings again. Its the old concierge of my building who was housesitting in another unit. I dont put it together and I figure I will call her back as well. I then get a text message from my neighbor which read "they're trying to tow your GT". SHIT!!!. Images of them dragging the car onto a truck tires locked because of the parking brake, wheels getting scratched all to hell flash through my head. Perhaps the scariest word of the text was "trying". I figure I am right across the river, I will run over there move it and come back. Get to the gates, lady tells me no readmittance. Decision time, let the car get towed and see the show or miss the show and save the car. Then it hits me, I told Angela she would be fine if she parked in the same tow away zone. So they are not only going to tow me, theyll tow her also and I will feel responsible since I told her to park there. I bolt hoping to save the cars. To hell with the Stones, they've been doing their "last" tour for the past six tours it seems like.
So here I am running down Barton Springs trying to find a taxi in my tight pants and alligator boots. Only thing I can find is a bike taxi. I jump on and yell "fifth and guadalupe, its an emergency", fat boy goes to peddaling. We eventually wave a cab down who takes me the rest of the way. I run up to the front of the building just in time to watch the truck pull away with my GT on it. I tell the guy I will move Angela's car and the policeman tells me that the car is considered towed once the tow truck arrives. I look at the two truck driver and go "you mean you're going to two both of my cars?". He's like "man im not about to do that". So the cop feels bad and pulls the ticket off of Angela's car. He informs me the only reason they towed the car is because some IDIOT in my building called them. I was later informed there are some grumpy old folks in my building who will call.
I told Angela to stay at the concert since there was no point in both of us leaving. I jump in her car to go get mine. Thanks very much to Ashley for helping me out with this. I get home about an hour and a half later and with about 200 less in my pocket. Its about ten thirty at this time. I figure plenty of time to get my homework that is due my midnight done. Problem. In my hurry as the cop was standing there waiting on me I locked my keys in my apartment. No problem, I left an extra with the security guard at the front desk. He took Sunday night off. Only people who have a key at this point are my folks. I wake them up and ask them to bring it to me because by the time I drive over there and back I will not have time to finish my work.
Finally get into my apartment as the clock strikes eleven and Angela walks back in from the concert. She tries to comfort me by telling me she took lots of pictures for me. No time, homework to do. Get my homework finished about eleven forty five. Try to send it via email. Internet is out in my apartment. OK, now panic sets in. Im running around frantically in my apartment trying to fix the internet. Finally get it fixed around 11:58 and get it sent just in time. Needless to say, a bad night.
