So Close Softball

Im sure many of you have been anxiously awaiting the results of the CX team's second softball season. Some of you may remember the results of the first season were less than stellar. We were off to a 5-0 start this year. Well, I have never seen this, but the whole team went into a fielding slump. Errors all over the field. We lost our sixth game and won our seventh only because we were scoring twenty plus runs a game. We couldnt field but we weres still mashing the ball all over the park. That put us at 6-1 and tied for the league lead. Last night was the final game between us and the team we were tied with. Everything went really well up to the point the umpire shouted "play ball". We couldnt catch, throw, or bat last night. We got rolled up...BAD! Here are a few pictures. Oh well, there is always next season, which starts in two weeks.
Also, Im thinking of posting some very inflammatory stuff in my next post, so stick around. It could make some folks mad.
